This indirect lobbying governance is complemented by a Supervisory Board-level CSR Committee that "reviewed the Group's climate strategy and action plan" in five meetings during 2023 and receives an annual "report on the Sustainable development program, its goals and its performance." However, while these mechanisms indicate a formal review process and named oversight roles, the company does not disclose how its direct lobbying efforts are governed nor a public commitment "to conduct engagement activities in line with the goals of the Paris Agreement," stating only that it plans to adopt one "in the next two years."
