Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals NTM has a clear process for preparing its non-financial statement, stating that “The report preparation is coordinated and managed by the Parent Company ESG office and the relevant corporate departments,” that “The ESG Committee is consulted and involved in the NFS drafting phase and finally approves the document before presenting it to the Board of Directors,” and that “The Risk and RPT Committee and the Supervisory Body, according to its responsibilities, provide their opinion to the Board of Directors” before the Board “approves the NFS at the same time as the draft Financial Statements.” However, we found no evidence of any governance structures, oversight procedures, or named individuals responsible for overseeing or aligning the company’s direct or indirect lobbying activities, including on climate-related policy advocacy.
