We engage in proactive outreach to discuss our ESG program with our stakeholders, which we believe is a critical component of responsive and transparent corporate governance. Stakeholder feedback has been instrumental in structuring our ESG practices. For example, investors praised our transparent disclosure and robust reporting initiatives, including our reporting of physical climate risks in our annual ESG report.

Our ESG Committee meetings, which take place at least two times per year, include discussion on climate policy activities, which are primarily led by our VP - Corporate Counsel & ESG. This forum for ongoing communication among those involved in activities that influence policy on climate change ensures consistency with our overall climate change strategy.

This forum for ongoing communication ensures consistency with our overall climate change strategy.
