Describe the process(es) your organization has in place to ensure that your engagement activities are consistent with your overall climate change strategy[…]In order to maintain consistency among our policy engagement activities, KZ actively participates in meetings and consultative activities to persuade our stance and actively responds to government policies. If our policies are not in line with major policies, we change our strategy to maintain consistency with government policies through CEO reporting.
In order to carry out policy engagement activities together with related organizations in the region, we conduct policy engagement activities through mutual cooperation with the Korea Non-Ferrous Metal Association to exchange information on environmental technology and conduct industry-university joint research projects related to climate change. In addition, through regular meetings and public hearings held by the government and relevant associations, we expect to identify areas of importance and reflect those in our internal management strategies.
