Facilities and departments implement GHG performance and GHG reduction plans, and then report them to Environment Management Team. The Environment Management Team combines them to establish company-wide GHG reduction targets and to apply performance indexes for the GHG reduction targets to the employees' KPI. GHG emissions analysis, carbon price, and carbon regulatory trends are monitored monthly. Substantive issues classified through materiality assessments are reported to the CEO and are reflected in the company's business strategy and action plans.
In particular, completion of training by KLIP(Korea Logistics Industry Promotion) is mandatory for our partners. It is reflected in partner companies' performance evaluation. This allows partners to keep up with our engagement activities that align with the company. Furthermore, the company aims to maintain its qualification as an excellent practice company for the Green Logistics certified by the Korean Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. As the certification requires the company's support and management for partners, it closely works together with the Foundation of Korea Logistics Industry Promotion, which was established by 100% of Hyundai Glovis' fund contribution.
