Describe the process(es) your organization has in place to ensure that your engagement activities are consistent with your overall climate change strategy[…]In October 2021, the Japan Shipowners' Association (JSA) announced that the Japanese shipping industry would take up the challenge of achieving "Net Zero GHG emissions by 2050.
As a member of the Association, †K† Line was a core member of the discussions that led to the development of this goal. This goal is also in line with the 2050 target of the K Line Environmental Vision, our long-term environmental guideline, to achieve net zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions toward 2050.

Describe the process(es) your organization has in place to ensure that your external engagement activities are consistent with your climate commitments and/or climate transition plan?[…]In October 2021, the Japanese Shipowners' Association (JSA) announced that the Japanese shipping industry would take on the challenge of achieving "virtually zero GHG emissions by 2050," and "K" Line, as a member of the JSA, became a key member of the discussions to establish this goal. This goal is also in line with the 2050 target of achieving virtually zero GHG emissions in our long-term environmental policy, "K" Line Environmental Vision.
