Biodiversity-related matters oversight is the responsibility of the Governance & Corporate Responsibility Committee of the Board of Directors of International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. Our Board-level Governance & Corporate Responsibility Committee provides guidance on IFF's Do More Good Plan, related divisional ESG+ strategies, sustainable solutions performance and KPI tracking.
