ISS have a Keep Win Grow strategy toward Key Account Customers which accounted for 69% of global revenue in 2021. By supporting our Key Account customers we will deliver on these ambitions. ISS are also developing a clear sustainability strategy and have had an executive committee on sustainability (since 2018) who have made key decisions on engagement.
