The monitoring of the ESG' commitments and goals disclosed in our SP 2025-2029 is carried out by the Health, Safety, and Environment Committee (local acronym is CSMS), which is responsible for advising the BoD on the establishment of policies and guidelines related to ESG, including strategic management of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), climate change, transition to a low-carbon economy, social responsibility, among other subjects. [...] The decision-making process regarding topics related to sustainable development involves various structures of our corporate governance, including the BoD and the Executive Board. The CSMS, which supports the BoD on ESG matters, is composed of board members and external members. The Executive Committee for Safety, Environment, and Health (local acronym is CE-SMS), one of the committees advising our Executive Board on these aspects, is formed by executives from corporate and operational departments.

Describe the process(es) your organization has in place to ensure that your engagement activities are consistent with your overall climate change strategy[…]We built a governance with discussion and deliberation forums that perpasses all levels of the company, all of them with the participation of Climate Change Executive Management. The function of this management is to conceive and coordinate the positioning, strategies, and corporate actions related to climate change. So the climate change strategy and actions to achieve our commitments and targets are permanently discussed. People assigned to participate in engagement activities are conscious of its objectives and some types of engagement that involve more personnel, like in our participation in OGCI, count on meetings of internal participants to discuss relevant ongoing issues and activities.

About a statement to conduct engagement activities in line with the goals of the Paris Agreement, actually we evaluate our engagement alignments, but we intend to structure an external position.
