Describe the process(es) your organization has in place to ensure that your external engagement activities are consistent with your climate commitments and/or climate transition plan?[…]2021年度に環境長期目標「JR西日本グループゼロカーボン2050」の策定と開示、TCFDに基づく気候変動の影響分析と開示について地球環境委員会における審議を経て決定した。さらに、環境目標や実行計画の達成に向けた具体的な取り組みを事業部門ごとに推進するため、地球環境委員会の下に「鉄道部会」(鉄道事業部門)、「グループ事業部会」(ホテルや物販飲食等鉄道以外の事業部門)、「考動エコ部会」(JR西日本グループ全体の啓発活動)の3つの部会を設置しており、社長はそれぞれの事業部門の取り組みの進捗を把握し、管理している。
