The chief compliance officer reports to Corporate compliance management (CCM), a staff department that reports directly to the Executive Board, is charged with the operation and continuous improvement of the CMS. Describe the process(es) your organization has in place to ensure that your engagement activities are consistent with your overall climate change strategy[…]One important factor of EVN Strategy 2030 is the EVN Climate Initiative that sets a focus on the expansion of wind power and photovoltaic generation capacities as well as an active contribution to climate protection. All engagement activities with policy makers that are set up have to have to be linked to these requirements. Engagement activites such as SBTi habe to be approved by the Supervisory Board which guarantees that activities are in line with overall strategy.
