Describe the process(es) your organization has in place to ensure that your engagement activities are consistent with your overall climate change strategy[…]Our engagement activities are focused on expanding the grid capacity of renewable energy where our crafting facilities are located. The engagement is thereby aligned with our Science Based target to reduce our Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions with 50% by 2030. We currently only engage with local stakeholders, including regulators, to explore solutions for developers to add renewable energy capacity to the Thai grid. Through such opportunities, Pandora would look to guarantee the future demand for the renewable energy produced by these projects.

Describe the process(es) your organization has in place to ensure that your external engagement activities are consistent with your climate commitments and/or climate transition plan?[…]We engage with key stakeholder groups, including employees, consumers, franchisees, governments, multilateral institutions, NGOs, industry organisations, investors, suppliers and their workers and local communities. We do this as part of our daily operations and in formalised settings, for example meetings to assess performance against targets or partnerships to expand our sustainability programme, including our climate programme and strategy.
