Our Board provides insight, feedback, and oversight across a broad range of ESG matters as part of its broader oversight role, and periodically reviews the Company's overall ESG programs and policies. The Board has delegated oversight of governance of corporate social responsibility and environmental efforts to the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. The Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee discusses guidelines and policies, and provides guidance to the Board and management, with respect to the Company's practices and programs that relate to corporate social responsibility and environmental efforts.
