Ingenia Communities Group provides detailed disclosures on its climate and sustainability oversight—highlighting that “The Ingenia Board retains direct responsibility for matters relating to broad business impacts, including corporate strategy, financial management and compliance, and risk management” and that its “Audit, Risk and Sustainability Committee . . . meets at least quarterly” to consider “climate-related risks,” including policy and physical risks and to review “decarbonisation strategies, energy strategies and climate adaptation and resilience.” However, we found no evidence of any governance process relating to the oversight, monitoring or alignment of its lobbying activities—whether direct or via trade associations—and the company does not disclose any individual, committee or review mechanism charged with ensuring that its lobbying aligns with its climate or broader policy objectives.
