###### ESG GOVERNANCE AND OVERSIGHT \n\nIn 2022, we strengthened ESG oversight at Array by establishing a new governance structure, which includes an ESG Executive Steering Committee and an ESG Working Group.\n\nESG WORKING GROUP\n\nNicole Stewart,\n\nSenior Director of Government\n\nRelations & ESG\n\nOur ESG Working Group meets regularly and is responsible for:\n\nOverseeing key programs or initiatives as directed by the ESG Executive Steering Committee\n\nand the appropriate executive sponsor\n\nDeveloping action plans to achieve our 2025 ESG goals\n\nMaintaining metrics, systems, and procedures, as deemed necessary and appropriate,\n\nto monitor and track ESG matters

Lawrence-Vaca will oversee all aspects of engagement with government officials to shape policy, drive brand awareness to propel growth and execute ARRAY's sustainability strategy. She will also play a critical role in expanding ARRAY's involvement with trade associations and industry partners worldwide.
