Describe the process(es) your organization has in place to ensure that your engagement activities are consistent with your overall climate change strategy[…]Recognizing that responding to climate change and establishing a sustainable ecosystem in society are tasks of the human era, Lotte Group declared that it will promote ESG management that creates long-term value as Lotte's management activities for all stakeholders, including customers/shareholders/employees/partners/communities. While reducing greenhouse gas emissions through process efficiency in the short term, efforts will be made to fully realize carbon neutrality by 2050 through the application of innovative technologies and eco-friendly projects in the mid to long term. Specific plans are established to achieve carbon neutrality in the future and the results of implementation are continuously disclosed. In order to accelerate ESG management, an ESG committee is formed under the board of directors of listed affiliates, and through this, the company's ESG management promotion is systematically managed. ESG management performance is reflected in the group's CEO performance evaluation to induce and manage ESG management across the group.
