The PVA TePla Group attaches great value to the subject of sustainability and has embedded it as a strategic priority in the management of the Group. The Chief Financial Officer is currently responsible for implementing sustainability activities, supported by a sustainability team drawn from various units. Coordination with the Supervisory Board takes place on a regular basis. [...] Implementing strategic initiatives and monitoring their progress is the responsibility of the relevant divisional heads or of responsible officers they have designated. Because of the Group's decentralized organizational structure, they are supported by the subsidiaries on site as needed. These measures are implemented and reviewed on an ongoing basis in order to ensure that they play a continual role in the sustainable development of the company.
