The Sustainability Management Committee, which operates under the Board of Directors (BOD), is responsible for managing ESG risks. The committee regularly convenes to report on the progress of relevant tasks and ongoing plans. Management performance, including climate change and carbon neutrality, as well as related plans, are reported to our board. The board, as the top decision-making body, has the final responsibility for these matters and makes decisions on key issues that are reported.
