Describe the process(es) your organization has in place to ensure that your engagement activities are consistent with your overall climate change strategy[…]CTBC Holding has created the feedback mechanism of a climate transition plan aligning with a 1.5°C world through the channels below. (1) We communicate with shareholders and investors in the meeting of Investor Briefing quarterly and regularly hold meetings with individual institutional investors to answering their climate questions. (2) We receiving low-carbon feedbacks at our annual general meeting, including answering any question related to climate-related strategies and targets. (3) We communicate with credit rating agencies about the climate performance regularly. After receiving shareholders and investors' feedback, related departments (like the Secretary of the Board and Investor Relations) will discuss action plans with the Department of Corporate Sustainability, Risk Management, and business units. Important decisions or action plans then will be reported and reviewed by the ESG Taskforce, or even by the Board before getting back to those shareholders and investors.
