GitLab's Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee charter tasks the committee with overseeing any programs relating to corporate responsibility and sustainability, including ESG matters. GitLab's Senior Director, ESG reports to the Chief Legal Officer & Head of Corporate Affairs weekly and GitLab's executive leadership as needed. The Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee meets at least twice a year and ESG topics are discussed with this committee as well as with the full Board as needed.
