The Bank's Green Bonds Subcommittee of the Sustainability Committee (the "Green Bonds Subcommittee") will be responsible for the evaluation and selection of projects in line with the eligibility criteria under the Framework. The Green Bonds Subcommittee comprises five management board members and representatives of the Treasury Department, the Risk Department, the Sustainability Department and business units responsible for specific green assets. [...] The Green Bonds Subcommittee will be responsible for the management and tracking of proceeds on a portfolio basis using an internal register. [...] Bank Millennium commits to report on allocation of proceeds and impact annually until full allocation.
