A cross-functional Enterprise Risk Management Committee oversees risk management, and we have a dedicated management position responsible for helping to identify issues and establish processes for enterprise risk management and internal audit. Risks related to engagement on climate change strategy would be assessed by the Enterprise Risk Management Committee as necessary.
